As art director for LOPSA, I handled the rebranding of an existing system administration advocacy group, SAGE, into its new incarnation, creating a large number of pieces in an extremely tight timeframe. While the graphic system is directly based on my work for SAGE, the changes in color palette, copy attitude and stronger emphasis on the brand holding its own among other similar organizations make this an important evolution.

Strong color and simple, pictogram-like illustration promotes this annual niche celebration across its website and a large set of crosslinking banner images. As with all of my geek-related work, the usual imagery and stereotypical high-tech style are thrown out the window to differentiate from other groups and inject a bit of fun.
